Barbecue Ribs and Sauce

Bake ribs at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour, then drain off fat, then cover with sauce. Lower temperature to 350 degrees and bake 1 1/2 hours.[ad#ad-1]

SAUCE FOR RIBS:
-1 c. catsup
-1 c. water
-1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
-2 tbsp. liquid smoke
-3 tbsp. brown sugar
-1 tsp. celery seed
-1 tbsp. salt
-1 onion
-1 tsp. chili powder
-1/4 c. lemon juice
-1 tsp. dry mustard

Heat above ingredients to a boil and pour over ribs and bake. Turn ribs in sauce while baking, uncovered.
