-1 qt. tomatoes
-1/4 c. catsup
-1/2 c. dark molasses
-1 tsp. mustard
-1/2 sliced onion
-1/4 c. vinegar
-1 c. brown sugar
Brown ribs or thick cut chops. Add garlic if desired. Put in roasting pan. Add sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-2 hours.

-1 c. water
-1/2 c. vinegar
-1 tbsp. sugar
-1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
-1 tsp. celery seed
-1 onion, blended
Simmer all ingredients together for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cook ribs in salted water for 1 hour.

-1/4 c. Open Pit barbecue sauce
-1/2 c. catsup
-1/2 tsp. chili powder
Mix well. Pour over ribs and bake.
