Barbecue Ribs and Sauce

Bake ribs at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour, then drain off fat, then cover with sauce. Lower temperature to 350 degrees and bake 1 1/2 hours.[ad#ad-1]

-Ribs (3 lb. country style or pork loin)
-1 (16 oz.) can apricots, drained
-1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
-1 tsp. chili powder
-1/2 c. catsup
-1/2 c. white vinegar
-2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Place ribs in large Dutch oven. Cover with water. Bring water to boil. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes; drain ribs.

BarbeCue Sauce for Ribs

Ingredients:
-1/4 c. catsup
-2 tbsp. chili sauce
-1 tbsp. each brown sugar, butter, chopped onion
-2 tsp. mustard
-1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
-Dash garlic salt
Bring mixture to boil; remove from heat. Pour over ribs. Bake at 350 degrees, basting often.
