Best Rib Sauce Recipe

For ribs, chicken and hamburger.[ad#ad-1]
-1 c. catsup
-1/4 c. vinegar
-1/4 c. honey
-1/2 tsp. hot sauce
-1/4 tsp. salt
-1 c. beer
-1/4 c. brown sugar
-3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
-1/2 tsp. hickory sauce
Cook together on stove, simmering for 30 minutes. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch to thicken. Keep in tightly capped container in refrigerator.

BBQ Sauce & Ribs

-4 c. ketchup
-2 c. brown sugar
-1/2 c. honey
-1 tbsp. dry mustard
-1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
-1/4 tsp. black pepper
-1/4 tsp. red cayenne
-1 clove garlic
Put in saucepan or crock pot. Heat until fairly thick. Parboil ribs – drain, cut in serving pieces. Dip in sauce. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until brown. Watch.

-1 c. red wine vinegar
-1 1/2 c. soy sauce
-1 c. brown sugar
-3 tbsp. garlic, chopped
-6 green onions, chopped

-2 to 3 tbsp. minced fresh ginger
-1 to 2 tbsp. honey
