-1 c. water
-3/4 c. vinegar
-3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
-Few drops hot pepper sauce
-2 cloves garlic, chopped
Simmer 15 minutes. Keeps indefinitely in refrigerator. Makes 1 quart.
