Bar-B-Q Sauce for Ribs
Ingredients:[ad#ad-1]
-2 c. meat juice
-1 onion
-1 tsp. of liquid smoke sauce
-2 tbsp. Worcestershire
-2 c. catsup
-2 tsp. prepared mustard
-2 tbsp. vinegar
-1 tsp. Tabasco sauce (not really necessary) try it without first
-3 tbsp. brown sugar
Mix and simmer for about 20 minutes. I boil the cut up onion in the meat juice until they are transparent.
