Country Ribs & BBQ Sauce

-3 to 4 lb. country ribs[ad#ad-1]
SAUCE:
-1 med. onion, minced
-1 can (10 3/4 oz.) tomato soup
-1 c. water
-1/4 c. vinegar
-1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
-1 1/4 c. catsup
-1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
-1 1/2 tsp. paprika
-1/2 tsp. pepper
-1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
-1/4 tsp. ground cloves
-1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
-1 tsp. A-1 steak sauce
-1 1/4 tbsp. vegetable oil
-2 tbsp. brown sugar

Barbecue Sauce for Chicken or Ribs

Ingredients:[ad#ad-1]
-1 c. ketchup
-1/3 c. vinegar
-1/3 c. brown sugar
-3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
-1 medium onion, sliced
-1 c. water (or less for thick sauce)
-1 tsp. dry mustard
-1 tsp. paprika
-1/2 tsp. chili powder
Mix all ingredients; pour over ribs or chicken. Bake at 360 degrees for 1 hour or until meat is done.

Rita’s Bar-B-Q Sauce for Ribs

Bring to boil and simmer 5 minutes: 1/2 c. water 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. sugar 2 drops Tabasco sauce 3/4 tsp. paprika 3/4 tsp. chili powder.[ad#ad-1]
Bake ribs with cut up onions. Put on sauce about 1/2 hour before serving.
