-1 (14 oz.) bottle ketchup
-1 c. brown sugar
-1 c. sweet pickle juice
-1 med. onion, grated
-1 c. water
-Juice of 2 lemons
-2 tbsp. Worcestershire
-1 tbsp. pepper
-1 tbsp. salt
Combine all of the preceding ingredients; cook 15-20 minutes at a boil. Keep refrigerated. Goes good especially with brisket or beef roast. Not bad with chicken or pork.

-5 c. catsup
-1 lb. sugar
-1 1/2 c. pineapple chunks and juice
-1/8 c. ground mustard
-1/8 c. pickle juice
-1/2 c. red wine vinegar
-1 tbsp. minced garlic
-1/2 c. chopped onion
-1/2 c. sweet gherkins
Mix pineapple and juice, chopped onion, ground mustard, sweet gherkins and juice in food processor or blender until minced. Then mix all the ingredients together.
