Short Ribs With Sweet and Sour Sauce

Ingredients:[ad#ad-1]

-3 to 4 lb. short ribs

-Salt and pepper to taste

-1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

-1/4 c. catsup

-1/3 c. brown sugar

-1/4 c. vinegar

-2 tbsp. mustard

-1/2 c. onions, chopped

-1 clove garlic, minced

-1 tbsp. chili powder

Season short ribs with salt and pepper and bake in 400 degree oven until done. Mix the last eight ingredients in a pot and simmer for 10 minutes. Dip cooked ribs in sauce and return to oven for 5 minutes.

Note: The remaining sauce can be refrigerated for later use.
